Iron Widow is the het ship between Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff in the Avengers fandom.
Canon
Natasha introduces herself to Tony as Natalie Rushman, supposed legal assistant and Tony immediately tries to impress her, which Pepper picks up on and is jealous of, as Tony insists he make 'Natalie' his new assistant. After Tony's crisis he is told by Fury and Natasha that she is really an agent with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Tony's even more impressed with Natasha. Their interactions are dripping sexual chemistry, and while Tony seems well-aware and attracted to her, he never acts on it.
